Q. Are there any precautions to follow when using these massagers?

A. While these neck massagers are safe, there are precautions to consider. For example, to reduce risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury, follow the precautions listed below.

Electrical

First, always unplug the massager from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
